To ensure a smooth and timely experience, please review the following service details before booking: 🕒 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Drop-offs and pickups are available Monday through Saturday, between 10 AM and 8 PM. Rescheduling is permitted, but Ayo Arrangements can only hold your gifts for up to 48 additional hours after the original pickup window. Please label all gifts with the first and last name associated with your booking before drop-off. 🎁 Turnaround Time Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time of drop-off. During peak holiday weeks, processing time may be extended slightly due to higher order volumes. You’ll receive a text notification once your gifts are ready for pickup or delivery. ⚡ Same-Day Service Same-day wrapping is available for items dropped off by 12 PM. An additional fee applies and is determined based on gift quantity and size. 🚗 Delivery Policy Deliveries are available for an additional fee: Within 10 miles of College Park, MD — $10 flat rate Beyond 10 miles — $10 + $1 per additional mile Customers are preferred to be home to receive deliveries, but gifts may be left in a secure area upon request. Once gifts are dropped off or delivered and confirmed, Ayo Arrangements is not liable for loss or damage that occurs after transfer of possession. 💳 Payment & Cancellations Full payment is required at booking via a secure PayPal invoice.
